Return/Refund And Warranty Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@slickvacseal.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Buyer pays for the return label unless your receive the Incorrect item. Once we received and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price minus any shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not use the item otherwise you will accept all liability.  Used item will not be accepted. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Wrong items purchase will be refunded the purchase price minus any shipping cost. 

Warranty 

Vacuum Chambers: Warranted thru SlickVacSeal against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of invoice to the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, improper neglect or progressive wear and tear. Warranty becomes valid to the original use. Must contact us for any warranty work via email prior to shipping. Warranty products must be shipped back to our specified shipping location with buyer covering the shipping cost to our facility for repair or replacement at our discretion. 

Pumps:  Warranted thru the pump manufacture  against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of invoice to the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, improper neglect or progressive wear and tear. Warranty becomes valid to the original user when this form and proof of purchase is submitted within 30 days of purchase. Warranty products must be shipped to the manufacture with buyer covering the shipping cost for repair or replacement at the discretion of the manufacture. All  Pump MUST be sent to the pump manufacture.  All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
